Terrible service. Paid for same day delivery. that failed. after asking me if i still wanted them the next day and if they could replace with a similar boquet i said yes. No refund or same day delivery which cost nearly £7 and when i questioned this was told it had been upgraded (from photos i may have gained one flower but no copper pot) then was told that i had not informed then not too. That it was normal to do so! So the statement on your website saying that if not delivered on the same day i will get delivery refund and money off my next order is all lies.
