Flowers didn't arrive until 6pm and were very badly damaged when they did arrive, the few stems that there were! I paid £35 for the flowers and upgraded to the deluxe option for my mother's 60th birthday as a special surprise however would have received better quality and more stems for around £10 from the supermarket. Very very disappointed. Will not be using again.
