SEVERAL things ... I ordered flowers for my Mothers 86th birthday SEVERAL days before the requested delivery day ... which was 14th July. On 14th July in the afternoon I get an E-mail saying the flowers wouldn't be delivered on the 14th .. but would be delivered on the 15th. My elderly parents had waited in ALL day on the 14th & put off going out as they were expecting the flowers. On the 15th I received an E-mail saying the flowers were on their way to my Mother ... however she was going to be out at 12.30 .................. I have just spoken to her and guess what .. the flowers are NO where to be seen! They have looked for a card saying where the flowers might be .. but have found nothing .Bare in mind my Father is 92 & Mum 86 .. they have got very anxious about the flowers. So well done ... you have spoilt my gift, my Mothers birthday & caused ALOT of stress ... and still no flowers! I am totally disgusted & will NEVER use you again! First & very last time.
