Order bouquet of flowers for my mother-in-law for Christmas to be delivered early on 21st December to avoid the rush. My mother-in-law is blind so we choose flowers that are heavily scented. We today found out that the flower that should have arrived in bud arrived limp and half dead - in fact the remaining only lasted two days. As we live Australia and sent these flowers to the UK we were unaware of any issues until today as my mother-in-law has been away - when my sister in law picked my mother-in-law up to take her away for Christmas she told my mother-in-law how bad the flowers were - she was a little embarrassed to tell us because of the money we had spent on them.
On contacting Serenata flowers we were met with an uncaring human who simply gave the standardised cold automated reply of too late and we should have taken photos. All we simply wanted was a genuine apology.
Have been using this company for several years 4/5 times a years and are so disappointed and will never use them again as there is no customer service.
