I am a regular customer of seranta flowers..
Ordered at least 4 times.
The 3rd I got feedback that the quality of the flowers were not fresh. I let it go.
The 4th was a total calamity:
1) no email confirmation of order or payment.
2) sameday delivery..delivered by 5pm TO THE WRONG PERSON AT THE WRONG ADDRESS. the driver obviously couldnt read or wasnt a proper employee of the industry.
3) YES they just gave my flowers to someone else WITHOUT CHECKING! IN FACT THEY JUST LEFT THEM AT RECEPTION.
4) This was on a Thurday. The recipient didnt recieve the flowers till Monday morning (after I asked her if shed for them).
5) The whole reason for me sending flowers backfired.on me. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING AND CHARGING ME FOR IT SERENTA.
6) Complaints procedures absolutely primitive. Theu couldn't even fine the order (maybe pocketed as a cash transaction - wheres my payment confirmation??).
7) FLOWERS IS A SENISTIVE GESTURE AT IMPORTANT TIMES..WHY USE A COMPANY THAT CAN'T GET THE BASICS RIGHT..RESULTING IN EMBARRASSING SITUATIONS THAT COST MONEY, BACKFIRE ON YOU LEAVING YOU ****** IN THE WIND.
8) Customer services ignored my replies twice
