Unfortunately Valentine’s Day is a very sad day for my partners mother as he lost his father last year meaning that this year has been a tough one. I found out I was pregnant so decided a lovely thing to do would be send some flowers to my mother in law from our expected baby to try and cheer her up on this sad day... in the afternoon of Valentine’s Day, I received an email from sereneta flowers saying that due to unforseen circumstances with supplier they use, they are unable to deliver the requested flowers... I understand things happen but it was too late in the day for me to order anywhere else and they did not offer any compensation and are now refusing to reply even after asking to speak to management. I work in customer service environment myself and feel that not only has this been dealt with very badly, but to not offer any good Will gesture for ruining such an important day is unforgivable. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
