From Australia I ordered flowers for my uncles funeral in the UK.
Flowers arrived as arranged.
I asked about the quality from my cousin who told me they were very poor quality.
After several emails they agreed to send another arrangement to my cousins home so that they could be placed on my uncles final resting place.
Flowers arrived ok but again very poor quality.
I gave up trying, disgusted.
Try someone else would be my best advic.
