Deserves 0 star. Ordered on Thursday for Mother’s Day Sunday delivery. Received no order confirmation but money left the account so I left it to run. Mum waiting for delivery all day, I followed the website advise stating delivery could be up to 8pm. I sent an email at 7.30pm to double check the order was coming. Received email response 2 hours later saying delivery is scheduled for tomorrow.
Extremely unhappy doesn’t come close to how I feel about this. At no time was I informed that my order was delayed, when I could have made some sort of other arrangements. Very upset Mum, especially as social distancing makes things awkward to see each other at the moment.
I have requested my order is cancelled and that I would like a full refund. Currently awaiting response on that one. They will probably give me some garbage about how it’s too late to cancel the order to which I shall strongly disagree. I have ordered flowers to be delivered fresh, not a day or 2 old. I may feel a bit differently had I of been informed my order wasn’t going to be bothered with.
