No contact
It is a difficult time for everyone, Covid-19 situation, but I spent £50 on flowers and, when I learnt that the recipient would not be in to receive them, I tried getting in touch with Serenata Flowers to change the delivery date or make other arrangements. I got no response to my attempts to contact them, except for automatically generated emails sent after filling in the website form, while I could not find a valid contact telephone number.
I made the order on the Friday morning for the following day, Saturday, and then tried to advise them on the noon of Friday. Despite the stringent times, I should think that someone could have got back in touch with me to say what was going to happen once they would find no one to deliver to the day after.
Basically, they took the money and there was no way of communicating with them after that
