I ordered some flowers online but did not receive the confirmation email to confirm order. I had two lots of flowers turn up for my friends 60th and I was charged for both flowers. The flowers were delivered separately within 1 hour of each other? You would have thought someone could have contacted me and stated there were two orders for the same address. I have tried unsuccessfully to advise Serenta Customer Services but Sarah from Customer Services could not careless. I ordered locally as I live in Great Dunmow but would never support this florist again. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SERENTA FLOWERS.
