Received no confirmation of my order which was not delivered to the amended address. I had changed the delivery address before the flowers were at the checkout. The company had my phone number and email address so they could have contacted me. Used this company before but disappointed they wanted to charge me again for another delivery and said amended address not received- rubbish. Their records would show I have sent flowers to my niece before. She is a cancer patient so I am so unhappy with their response ;have requested not to be bombarded with future emails.
