I was so pleased to find that this company did next day delivery as a unexpected family problem stopped me being able to go and buy flowers and deliver them myself for a special birthday so I ordered these the day before. The recipient of the flowers was so worried that I had paid a lot of money for them and how awful they were that they sent me a picture. To say that I was embarrassed is an understatement, they were awful, I ordered the Ratatouille Bouquet which had orange lillies and roses and an assortment of other flowers. The flowers were very limited for £29.99. There were no lillies in it, a few roses, a few stems with no flowers on the end and they were all wilting and in quite a sorry state. None of the flowers were in bud form. On the morning of delivery I received an email to say that I could track my order and it said that there were 200 deliveries before mine! No wonder they had wilted as they were delivered in a bashed up box with no water. I emailed Customer Services (Katie) and she just did not care less. I sent pictures and she said that on looking at the picture they had decided that the flowers were adequate for the price. At no time was there an apology, or an offer of another bouquet, part or full refund. I went back to her many times and told her what a state the flowers were in and that there were no lillies and she said that these had been substituted with roses, but there were no extra roses in the bouquet. I got so fed up with her 'couldn't care less' attitude and excuses and that they were not going to accept any responsibility that I asked her for details of someone who I could escalate it to as these flowers were not fit for purpose and I felt completely ripped off. She said that she wouldn't give me details of who to escalate to until I sent more pictures, she also wanted pictures of the stems which were now in the bin! There was no way that I was going to ask the person who received this awful bouquet that they had to go fishing in the bin for the stems and take more photographs so I've just let it go, but I will never ever buy from this company again, the flowers were awful and the service was awful. On reading all of the reviews below it seems that I am not alone, so something should be done about this company. Trading Standards maybe? Today I went and bought a beautiful bouquet for £8 in Tesco and gave it to the recipient of the awful bouquet to say sorry. It was twice the size and prettier and healthier than the Serenata bouquet which was nearly 4 times the price. Do not spend your money with these people! Awful flowers, Awful service.
