We wanted to send beautiful flowers to my sister-in-law, after my brother's death. I had used M&S & Interflora before, but wanted the flowers delivered the same day.
We chose Eternal Sunshine & I was so disappointed by the photos my niece sent (compare publicity photo with reality)
I contacted the company to request another bouquet or at least a partial refund, as another reviewer states 'Don't waste your time.'
I was told that 'they can substitute flowers'. This is a huge 'get out'. I understand that there was a problem due to the Coronavirus, but flowers are now readily available.
The 'bouquet' cost £39.99 + delivery. It looked cheap (my sister said 'You'd have done better with a bunch from Aldi')
I will never use them again. Disappointing flowers. Disappointing customer service. This has made a horrible situation worse.
