Flowers for my sister’s 40th were ordered to be delivered to the pub, where she was going, as a surprise. I had an email saying that they’d been delivered and I phoned to check, but nothing had come. I contacted Serenata flowers who sent another email, saying that they’d been delivered. After a third email, stating clearly that they hadn’t arrived, I was informed that it would take 48 hours to investigate. I received a message today to say that the flowers were AT THE POST OFFICE and so clearly had NOT been delivered. Surprise and birthday ruined and one very upset and annoyed customer. I will NOT be using this company again and would not recommend them. Dreadful service.
