Ordered same day flower delivery as promoted using their online ordering via their same day delivery website page. Ordered many hours well before the 2pm deadline, paid and then waited to hear they had been delivered. Delivery can take up to 8pm it states. After 9pm still no delivery. Contacted to be told they could not fulfil the order as they use a ‘partner’ for this. They told me they had sent an email to let me know but no email was received, I requested them to forward this supposed email or what time it was sent but this went ignored. No apology and as yet no refund. Very poor. I would advise not using as they are unreliable and there are many other companies that can offer a better reliable service.
