Ordered flowers chocolates and vase but when my daughter in law received them guess what (no vase) as it was a special anniversary I was disappointed got in touch by email and they said they will refund the money for the missing vase the flowers were lovely and the chocolates were nice but really not the best of service don't think I will be using serenta again
