100% don not book your service through them. It is going to cost you more in the end. To start with I had loads of issues with my car being collected 2 hours late and returned the day after (with me having to contact them to know where my car was). I booked my car for an MOT and Service, they tried to bill me 1150£ in repairs and a failed MOT. Thankfully I took my car for a 2nd opinion and it turned out to not have any of the issues reported by the Garage booked via Servicing stop. They also charged me extra for services on my car without previously consulting me on them. In the end I have had to rebook a full service and MOT elsewhere… so be save yourself sometime and book it somewhere trustworthy!. When I tried to complaint everything I was adviced is to report my concerns to DVSA. Very poor service overall.
