They have lost my parcel (it appears as delivered but the recepient have never received it). Seur's answer was an automatic message: "Sorry for the inconvenience, your parcel appears as delivered. Issue closed". They do not reply to any phone calls or any other means of reaching them. Extremely bad business practices
