The worst service in Madrid. Maybe in Spain also, like all the other reviews have said - completely disfunctional , rude, lazy and incompetent. And good luck trying to contact them. You would have better luck finding a pot of gold under a rainbow. They give you varied excuses for terrible customer service and delivery times. They hold packages and blame customers for incorrect information when they just couldnt be bothered to drive to a location to deliver one or two packages. This was admitted by a Seur driver. They leave packages with security at the entrance so they dont have to walk to an elevator, and they wont inform you that they have done this either. I have watched them do this. I have a workshop for bicycles and rely on packages being delivered after I pay for them. As a business, avoid this crowd in Madrid. Its either their extremely rude and poor work ethic or its just Suer. I really dont care to find out. Avoid where possible.
