Only delivered 1 out of 4 ceiling fans. After emailing them, the status was updated to show they had made 2 deliveries in one day (a lie since the only delivery was made late in the evening at 8.30pm). I received a "Your complaint has been REJECTED due to not paying some fees (shipping fees were of course paid at the store selling the fans)".
No way to further the complaint or contact them.
