Son unos impresentables, es un engaño total, tendrían que haber venido a recoger un paquete el día 21/10/24, día tras día sale un mensaje en la mañana como que han pasado a recogerlo (siendo mentira) y por la noche hacen una modificación como que no se ha hecho. Solo te dejan poner una reclamación y cuando te contestan son con mentiras. Intentas llamar y te dan números de pago (cosa que me niego ya que el error es de ellos),y para colmo te cuelgan el teléfono de malas maneras.
