We couldn't tell what all came with this bar, so hopefully this review can help others with this same question. It comes with the bar, chains, and carabeener. No spring. We do not have a sex swing but instead opted for a aerial (or yoga) trapeze swing. It does double duty as a fun sex swing and a workout (stretching) swing. We hung our swing from the very top of the bedroom wall in a stud with a heavy duty punching bag hanger from Amazon. Works out great! We needed this attachment to make it all work.
