I received a used frame for my friend, and decided to buy a new replacement canopy because the old one was damaged. Your website claimed a 10% discount for first time buyers. However, I entered the code in the discount window and was told it was not valid. I am truly disappointed on your lack of following through on your advertisement as claimed!
