I bought 2 × 2 Olivia recliner sofas from an independent shop after being advised that I wouldn't be disappointed. After they were delivered I noticed that the leather on one of the flaps at the back of one of the sofas was very slack. I complained to the shop and was told that they would have to see the problem for themselves. I noticed within a couple of days that the cushion that I sat on was going down further than I would have expected and giving me a sore back. When the person came to inspect them they told me that there was nothing wrong with them! Someone from Homeserve came out to inspect the sofas but told me there wasn't much could be done. I got in touch with a newspaper who tries to help people get their money back. Within a few weeks I got a full refund. I would never buy from Sherborne again as there furniture is rubbish and would advise people to avoid this company at all costs.
