As a tall gal with longer than average feet, I have a limited options for shoe shopping, especially in Australia. But this is by far my favourite shoe shop, the service is impeccable, the range is excellent, and the delivery comes with lollies. I don’t live in Qld (yet, I will be moving there in 2024), so most of my purchases have been online, so I have (unfortunately) had return 2 pairs of shoes, which was not an issue and was a fast and easy process. Carol understands us and knows what we need. And her pre-owned range is a fantastic idea and reduces waste too. All in all, us “tall gals” are lucky to have Carol. 💕
