Dear Carol, when I saw your website I knew I would come to the shop even though it's at a distance. For me, I wanted to try them on before I purchased. I am a size 12 and my self esteem has been dented in the past by well meaning but insensitive comments from traditional shop assistants who don't know what it's like. My experience in your shop was refreshing and I saw that there are options. You gave me space to think about it and service when I needed it. I love the way you've decorated the shop and understood that we (the size 12s of the world) want beautiful shoes too. I love that your dog keeps you company, she is so well behaved:) I came away with 2 pairs of shoes which I feel very good about. I've bought cheap shoes from various places and expensive shoes too and it's the properly fitting ones that I value thank you I'll be back Anna
