I live in Sydney but in the days when I could trip to Bris to visit my mum I would always pop down and find one or two pair to take home. Sometimes my daughter would join me in spoiling herself. Last trip I had been disappointed by the pair bought the previous trip and dropped in to let you know that my beautiful navy polka dot and check flats had torn. To my surprise and delight I walked away with a new pair of burgundy flats no charge. You were so generous to gift them to me. I didn't expect it, nor was I looking for it and that's the charm of it... I've always had a wonderful experience at Shoe Garden.
