I have known Carol since she opened The Shoe Garden, so many years ago now. I read about her new venture before she actually opened and signed up for her regular emails right away. I was so excited to think I might be able to get gorgeous, ‘colourful’ shoes in my size, after living with mainly black, navy and white shoes most of my adult life. Carol did it disappoint, and never has. Even though I no longer live in Brisbane, her online service is exemplary. Coupled with the fact that Carol is a beautiful soul, wrapped around by a beautiful woman, it is an absolute delight to buy her shoes. I truly wish I could buy more, but consider myself fortunate to have read that lovely introductory article about The Shoe Garden all those years ago.
