I am unsatisfied with their website and customer service. I ordered shoes and got confirmation email.After couple hours I went to the store and girl who works there told me that my order canceled l.I told her that I never received email about cancelation. I check my account and they didn't put refund on my PayPal account. I need to write to customer service, but I got very poor service.
