“I bought my son and daughter Nikes from here they were both marked on sale for 69.99 and had a 10 dollar off coupon. But once they checked out and I looked at the receipt I was charged full price for them so took them right back in the store and the lady gave back the difference but the way she did it I was ripped out of the 10 dollar coupon. So went back in for a second time and she was Extremely Rude! She said she was the manager and told me she already helped me and I needed to contact customer service REALLY contact customer service for an issue that was her fault the manager in the stores fault!!! I have never experienced something so stupid how unprofessional! When I said to her that she ripped me out of the coupon and she was rude about it and said she already helped me I said I just need you to understand what I’m saying that she refunded me the difference in the price of the shoes minus the 10 off coupon and she smirked in my face! I did call customer service and talked to a lady who was friendly and said she opened a claim and the district manager would contact me within 48 hours but no one contacted me! I guess that’s why the manger at the Nile’s Ohio Shoe Carnival felt completely comfortable dismissing my issue that she caused by charging me full prince for items that were on sale then telling me to contact customer service over the phone and smirking in my face. She might as well of told me to go F myself she wasn’t going to help me! If I could give zero stars I would!”

“This is weird..I ordered shoes online using the Durham , NC location. About 2 hours after doing the order, I received an email saying the item was out of stock with no refund update attached. There were no options to choose a similar item. U talking about a simple option that could boost sales. I decided to call customer service. The first rep. couldn't tell me refund policy for online orders. She placed me on hold and then returned with an answer saying it goes back to original payment, but couldn't tell me when does this occur (weird). After thinking about her answer, I called back again asking where is a copy of my refund issued. I was informed there will not be a refund receipt sent. It will just drop off after the other part of my order is sent. I order online alot. I never have experienced a company telling me an out of stock item I paid for already will not have a refund receipt generated. Shoe Carnival is top large to lack proper software or to have people there that don't have a clue about refund policy working in customer service. You would think after canceling an item, a company would have means to retain sales by leaving a window to update the order. This option is generally used at large retailers. To cancel an order and no means of generating a refund receipt is odd as well. Training assessments are needed to improve customer service as well. Keep in mind each spoke with a supervisor and still could explain why..I wouldn't advise using their online platform. The company has a "who cares" attitude.”
“My son tried ordering shoes last Saturday to order pickup, it wasn't going through after trying twice so he decided to drive 40 minutes to just buy them in the store, when he arrived he checked his account by chance and the money for the shoes was taken out but there was no order from it! 5 days later and he's now on a vacation and hasn't received his money back yet!!! I have 4 kids I buy my shoes there for them every year before school, not anymore!”

Wanted me to send them back. So I did that day, it has now been 13 days since they sent me the received email and still no shoes have been sent back.”

Was told to drive the one dirty shoe to a store an hour away and hope for a refund because the original shoes shipped from a store in idaho. “I waited 10 days for a pair of shoes that I ordered online at Shoe Carnival! When I finally received them there were two different shoes! When I called customer service they told me I had to email customer service attaching a picture of the two different shoes. I did that. I got an email back saying they were going to send me a shipping label to return the shoes. Never got the shipping label. Called back. The customer service lady said she was going to send me another shipping label. Never got that one. So I guess I have to make the trip to the store if I want to return the shoes and get my money back. I'm so dissatisfied with this online store that I will never ever ever shop here again. I suggest that you don't either, as their customer service seems like they have no training. The representative would just text someone else in a chat box and then get back to me. So unprofessional! Stay away. Unless you like headaches.”
