I was charged 3 times for the the muchandise. I called and spoke to management and they said it will take 5-7 business days to get the money back on to my debt card. The the purchase of the items didn’t even have a tracking status and management said it will take 14 days to get them. So I understand it Christmas season but shouldn’t justify why I was over charged and the problem should have been fixed immediately. Then they should address on the website when you will get your product. That’s horrible customer service.
