I ordered a pair of boots online as a Christmas present and they didn’t fit. There is no store near me so I did a return request online. I received packing slip and off they went. I received an email stating they would be keeping $6 for shipping. So the shoes were 54.98 plus shipping $7.95 tax &2.52 total $65.45 My return is $51.18. Please make it make sense. How is my refund $14.27 less then what I paid.
