I was supposed to receive a pair of shoes. The shoes were never delivered to my home and shoe carnival offered to send a new pair or give me a refund. I opted for the refund and said it can take 7 business days to receive. I never got it and they said there’s nothing they can do unless the payment is returned by my bank. My bank hasn’t been any help either and now I’m out over $100.
