I ordered a pair of specialist crocs for work, the 'crocs' sizes were confusing so i ended up ordering the wrong size. I returned them which was easy with the returns form and reusable bag provided. Within a week i had been refunded and orded a new pair of the correct size which came within a few days. Very happy with this service.
