Customer service is good, the phone is always answered, online chat too but it's a bit slower in response times. The difficulty IMO is knowing your size - I could fit into 3 different sizes depending on style and fabric. Size 10 predominantly but in dresses can be slightly too fitted at the hip. I have recently bought two of their dresses (returned 1 via David Jones) in Ecru and found the colour to be vastly different to what was shown on their social media and website. Their photo editing must be extreme for this to happen. I find the material lovely, albeit non-stretchy to the point that I must be careful when walking/sitting so as not to step on the long hem or move too quickly and risk a tear. Other than this, the styles are beautiful. Points for improvement would be flexibility with returns/exchanges and more standardised fitting so it's not always a guessing game.
