If I could give one star, I could! Not sure what is going on with this fraudulent company, but they are running some sort of scam. We paid $400 for a dress. It showed up FAST—too fast for a company that claims to be from Australia or New Zealand. Then, they made it IMPOSSIBLE to return. Do not buy anything from them unless you know for sure you need or want it. We wasted $400 on an unusable dress. They have figured out a way to trick credit card companies, too. They claim you can return things and dispute your disputed charge. When I really pushed it, they gave me an incomplete foreign address. More wasted time, a trip to UPS, and I am told the address is not usable, and if it were competed, I was likely looking at $300 in shipping for the return! Never again, never again! I can’t even imagine who is able to afford ordering from them with the risk involved. I honestly think “they” are some company set up in some US location, pretending to be in AUS/NZ in order to block returns.
