Shona Joy forest dresses are beautiful. However, this is the third time I tried to order bridesmaids dresses with Shona Joy. At all occasions I had to pay for my own return shipping and could not get a refund only a credit note. I think it’s pretty ridiculous that a brand that only sells online does not allow you to try the dresses on at home and return (for free) if they don’t fit or at least exchange the colour or size. This has made it difficult to find good dresses. The size restocks also did not happen when customer service said they would, so they did not deliver on this promise leaving me with the decision to either wait until January and risk not having bridesmaids dresses or order another colour and style altogether. With my wedding coming closer I had to decide to send them back and change my colour again. The colour of the dresses in Shona pictures are not at all representative and both the sage and olive have a more silver undertone. Forest is much closer to the sage/eucalyptus colour theme I was going for. I am happy with the final result, but the girls have had to make lots of concessions not getting their style of choice due to limited size availability. At a steep price this is something to think about when ordering. Nevertheless, we now have gorgeous high quality dresses. Yay!
