Absolutely appalling "customer service". AVOID at all costs. I returned a top (that I hadn't even worn because I no longer needed it), paid 40 EUR to post the return, and Shona Joy are demanding that I pay a 30 USD dry cleaning fee because I apparently "stained" the top. I hadn't even tried it on - It went straight back in the shipping bag. So this is simply not true. They refused to take my word. I ended up giving up and accepting the dry cleaning fee so I could at least get some of my money back. In reading the other comments it looks like I'm not the only one that this has happened to. I will NOT be ordering from here again. Total scam.
