Similar experience to others here. Ordered a dress and paid $780 for it. When it didn't fit, I had to pay $70 to ship it back and they only refunded me $650.
It says in their policies you'll be refunded "less any taxes and shipping." How is it legal to not refund someone the tax they paid on an item?! I've never experienced that before. Will not be supporting this company ever again.
Can't dispute it with my credit card company either apparently if it's in their policy.
Wish I had read all these reviews before I purchased.
