Overall the service I received from this company was AVERAGE. It took two and a half months for the dress to arrive , only to find that the wrong dress had been sent. The items on this website don't come cheap at all and so one would expect a great quality dress. On receiving the dress, despite it being the wrong dress, I could still see that the quality of all the dresses would be subpar. Personally don't think the dresses look to be worth the dresses are priced at. The team was willing to accept the return of the dress however the refund process was tedious and took a really long time. Overall, a time consuming and frustrating process
