I bought the Blousey Brown Calabar handbag it was beautiful, high quality and luxurious looking. After inspecting the bag thoroughly I noticed an odd mark on the back, an imperfection, not a variation in colour or texture but a mark were the bag was damaged it was small but would definitely develop and eventually ruin one side of handbag. I decided to return the bag instore and order a new one. The staff were rude regarding my return and I decided to reorder the item online myself at a later time because the instore staff members behaviour had made me uncomfortable. Since then the bag has sold out online and I'm pretty disappointed as I am now left bagless : ( ............

The team contacted me and set about sourcing the bag for me, they even sent me photo's to ensure there was no damage and that it was what I had expected. The review team worked really hard to amend the situation and I now have the bag and it is in perfect condition.
