I had never heard of Shoon, I until I visited the store in Brighton, Chruchill Centre - I saw and loved many of the boots! Unfortunately, they did not have my size and I was going home the next day. There was a lovely man serving in the store 15/02/17, who advised me that I could buy them on line and get then delivered! I ordered them 16/02/17 and they arrived by 19/02/17 boy what service, both online and in store. I think you may have gained a dedicated customer in me!
