I purchased an item back at the end of Nov 2020. We then went into lockdown, requested a return without realising they are only offering 60 days return policy. The item is sitting in the box unworn, with the label on. Waste of money. They won’t even do a return on this product as it’s past 60 days. I left it to one side thinking will return in store. Then this guy on the phone started saying it’s-past 60days that I know. My question to mango : Is it my fault your stores are close and I can’t return an item.
If other retail places are offering extended return policy of up-to 100 days or even longer once shops have opened this year.
Terrible customer services, waste of money. Don’t order from these guys. This is not the first time I have experienced such customer services with mango. All branches in London are the same. Horrible service.
