After a tons of calls, messages, emails my order was picked up for a return. I asked for an exchange with a smaller size and in the form i wrote in all 3 boxes for the exchange the size i want: 36. I even wrote by hand Please send size 36. after 2 weeks i received an email that my exchange will be sent shortly and contains the size 38. I could not believed it. I called right away, first hour and asked to stop everything. Lady from customer service said she canceled it and opened a case. To my surprise, few days later i received an sms from the courier that my order is on the way!! I called them and asked about it. They said the courier did not replied to their cancelation request. Just as they said when i called for the return over and over again: that the courier does not reply. I had to refuse to pick up the exchange package and now i have to wait another hopefully 2 weeks for my refund. But i saw so many reviews of refunds not being processed that i am very positive i will have to file some charges to the spanish consumer protection and/or the european one. A nightmare of a company!! I will not be ordering from them ever again and i strongly advise you not to either. If you don't want headaches, complication and to donate your hard worked money to this thieves.
