If I could give it a 0 I would, absolutely abysmal customer service.
I ordered a coat on the 21st, received an email 5 days later to tell me it was out of stock. 1 How does it take 5 days to tell me that? 2 how is it for sale online if it’s out of stock? When I emailed customer service they said ‘ We wish to inform you that we are not in a position to guarantee the availability of articles and sizes’ in this day and age they don’t have a live stock system ? Then they proceeded to ignore my second email and responded to the 3rd saying ‘ We regret not having fulfilled your expectations.’ what an absolute waste of time and effort! Would never even consider ordering from Mango again despite being a well known high street brand.
