Mango sent the wrong size of pants 2 times and instead of exchanging for the correct pair like I requested they ended refunding the order and then tried to encourage me to reorder for the 3rd time. The quality of the jeans I did receive was lower quality than Zara or Abercrombie and other comparable clothing companies.
Their customer service is not helpful nor able to resolve any issues. I would stay away and shop at other stores
