I've been ordering for many years from the Mango outlet. The last couple of years they switched couriers from DHL to Geniki Taxydromiki(Greece) and that was it. Delivery delays (up to one month) and not a single one delivered to my home. I had to collect the orders myself from their delivery points.
For my last order, they completely messed up. After 20 days without any update on the tracking number and without any contact from the courier company, I saw that my order was labeled as 'returned'. I tried to contact Mango via phone without any luck. I tried their contact form and all I got was a delayed irrelevant reply saying I should try finding the items I ordered and pay for a new shipment. I couldn't even reply to that awful email.
After posting on Mango's FB page, I managed to get in touch with someone who at first told me that my order was refunded(this wasn't the issue) and later on they just dodged the issue by using automated responses.
Awful customer service and overall approach. After nearly a month, I don't have what I ordered and I am frustrated that their response was 'thank you for your feedback'.
