I recieved two pairs of shoes/boots as ordered on line which arrived promptly and well packaged. Sadly the shoes did not fit even though I have purchased many pairs of shows from Mango in that size previously. I returned the items promptly, however I was advised that as the shoes were not damaged or faulty i will not be receiving a refund for the £8.99 postage that I paid.
During COVID 19 times, I would of expected Mango to be more flexible and I feel disappointed as a frequent and loyal customer.
