All my Showers Pass gear is of exceptional quality, very functional, and super versatile (bikes, skis, general outdoors, landscaping) - a couple jackets, rain pants, riding shorts, gloves, sox, etc. Just a couple nitpick issues - lack of availability on common sizes of popular items (good problem to have as a supplier). The new exchange program seems more problematic than before...more back and forth and some confusion. Now you pay an upfront charge for the ability to exchange (which is fair). But then I got an email saying I had to pay double on top of that when I requested a size exchange. I asked why? They cancelled it and said I shouldn't have received the extra charge. It worked out.
