We recentlhy ordered a new cycling outer layer for my wife, as her last Showers Pass Jacket finally gave up it's spirit after 15 years! She loved the jacket, so we tried to replace it. The sizing had changed over the years and when the replacement arrived, it was too big. We went through the return process, and during that process, I sent an email to them explaining what we were hoping to get. Received a prompt response, and a much better option that we had chosen for the replacement. Thank you Evan!
